cheapest way to get 3500+ calories in a day
hay guys, i already have a set diet that i follow day in and day out but it consists of lots of chicken breasts which are get expensive, especially if u eat 4/day so i was wondering what would be the cheapest way to get 3500+ cal./day?

cheapest way to get 3500 cals is to go to a big buffet place around 10 in the morning, pay for the 4.00 breakfast buffet then stay all day.

Go to coscos or sam's and get the huge bags of chicken breasts, or you can often find chicken on sale at your local grocer for half off or buy one get one lb free. That's when you stock up bigtime and fill out the freezer.

Buy everything in bulk: dextrose, olive oil, ground meat, chicken breasts, etc...

Costco is key...buy one get one free sales are great for stocking up...and so you know split bone on skin on chicken breast is generally half the price of boneless skinless....so what i do is trim the fat remove the skin and bones and there ya go...a pain in the azz, but worth it when money is an issue.

If you have a good appetite, then stick to buying food in bulk. If you can't eat much at a time, then try to get some kind of meal replacement. Even something like Ensure or Slimfast can work pretty well.

one good meal replacement i've used is Pro Lab Lean Mass Matrix
392 calories
40 protein
40 low GI carbs from whole grains (according to ingredients)
8 Fat (EFAs according to ingredients)
Overall for 30 bux a box this is a pretty decent MRP with quality ingredients, d@mn good taste and pretty filling.
