    your favourite post workout shake

(this post is already in the supplements forum but dont know wich one is best for this question)

monday i will start my cycle with dbols and test and im finishin these days to plan my diet.
i have a eas myoplex deluxe in the morning for breakfast coz i think is complete meal and easy to prepare (i cannot spend too much time on cookin and eatin in the mornin).
im still thinkin of what to take just after my workout in the middle afternoon.
    what about muscle link recoverX?
or another meal replacement will be ok?
1-2 hours after this postworkout meal, ill have a full dinner with carbs (potatoes or brown rice) and meat or fish, so i need to not full my stomach too much...
please, let me know about your idea!
    thanks

you need to drink a protein shake (not an MRP) with dextrose and i also like to mix maltodextrin in too. high GI carbs are necessary for post workout nutrition to feed muscles.

Fabry, you can order it online or just get a 50lb bag from your local self-brewery store(cheapest way to go).

If you use dex and malto-pre- pwo- make sure it is in smaller doses, before and after workout, to ensure proper saturation.

    Peace

    thanks for all these advices!

    this are Recover X ingredients:
    • 40 g Hydrolyzed Whey and Whey Protein
    • 10 g Glutamine Peptides
    • Fast Carbohydrates—raises insulin levels to drive protein into the cells
    • 2 g L-arginine…can give a 30-40% increase in glycogen storage
    • 100 mg Methoxyisoflavone…a non-steroidal anabolic

if well understood your tips, this should be good enough!
    thanks again

Whey protein concentrate, glucose, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed whey protein, peptide-bonded glutamine, natural and artificial flavors, L-arginine, lecithin, cellulose gum, methoxyisoflavone, and sucralose.

seems like this stuff put together all your advices... and is fukkin cheap in your country (guess how much is myoplex deluxe here in italy: 122 ***kin' EURO - the impoort company rise prices when $ goes up, but just "forgot" to low it now that Euro is 40% higher than last year)!

isnt hydrolized whey protein ****? anything that hydrolized has 1/2 the actual amount it says.. IE 30g hydrolized protein = 15 g or less.. CFM whey protein is the best isnt it?

looks like too much protein for one sitting for anyone. how much is there, around 100g's or so I'd say.

not only that, but tuna and dextrose???

Oh my God u have to be kidding........oats serve no purpose either as you already have the fast acting carbs in the dextrose.

Save the tuna and oats for another time....

some isolate only had 17g protein per serving, so two servings isnt all that off. depending on brand.
