Nutritionist who work through blood work..Does it work? Opinions SC or Rambo?

I remember a while back I read that Ricky Williams has a nutritionist who measures his blood work and sees what kind of food his body digests best...He lost a sizable amount of weight from that..."Ricky Williams dropped his body fat from 16 percent to 7 percent and his weight some 20 pounds to the low 230's." The diet doesnt look at macros but instead immunology of the body and thus you can eat unlimited portions...

Im not interested in doing this, just more out of curiousity sake...A little bored this morning....Remembered it, researched the name of the person, and came up with this:

    http://www.sarimellman.com/howitworks.html

Skimming through the site it seems like a lot of pro athletes are doing it...David wells, adam dunn, ricky williams, etc...

Yeah 3000 seems a bit extreme...I guess if you are an athlete you can afford it...

Seems cool. It does, however, seem like something to do after you have reached a maximum level of nutritional perfection, and need that extra edge. And if you have 3k to burn... why not?

Yeah, it's not as simple as just having that test done and "voila", you are set w/foods you can eat in any amount and not gain weight. I don't see that as believable.

We all know NFL players and those athletes are natural anyhow!
