Hows this Bulker?
Hey guys, how bout a couple critiques....
total cals 490
ABB XXL Shake
total cals 1306
Pasta Mix w/chicken
total cals 551
*For meal three since its lunch i also had Chicken sandwich and some fruit or a Sub in case i wanted to switch it up
(Homemade rice bowl)
total cals 313
Fat Free Cheese
total cals 434
Chicken Bowl With Rice and Vegtibles
total cals 434
*Meal 6 being dinner i had substituets like Steak and veggies or any beef with rice
Anything Healty I can think of with a protein shake
Protein 330g Give or Take (probably higher)
Fat 25-35g (most likely higher when substitution 3 and 6
A few questions.....
Whats the limit in fat intake in grams?
Im off cycle right now and im working into this diet but will hit it hard while on...Want to gain 15-20 pounds of lean solid mass.

Looks fine, I'd do brown rice instead of rice.

I think when you said bulker everyone probably expected to see a cycle...
Maybe that's why , but you're good bro... Looks like a good diet plan...

How good is your metabolism? That's a ton of carbs, a lot of them being high glycemic. I would aim for lower glycemic carbs in place of those, you can probably lower the carb intake some overall as well.

i have a pretty **** good metabolism, especially if doing any sort of cardio....
