Is it just me or after your carb up days do you have the ****s like crazy and have some nasty smelling farts? I swear everytime I have a carb up day and each junk, the next day is horrible lol.
It's weird though...after carb up days I don't feel bad anymore.. I actually look leaner and feel tighter in my midsection. Not to say I don't feel like crap after I eat, but the next day my body feels better which is strange. Anyone else like this?

I get that when i load up on protein. especially eggwhites!
