What to eat (if to eat at all) before really early workout?
The next two months I am going to be real busy. The only time I can squeeze my work-out in is 07:00 AM.
The thing is, I wake up at 06:30. Can I eat something before I work-out? Do I have to eat something? Is there a negative aspect if I don't eat something?

Most guys that work out that early in the morning just drink their breakfast.
