Trader Joes Flax, Soy Fiber Chips
****...
my mom went to trader joes and got these chips... they are made from Flax Seeds, Soy and are very very high fiber. Overall they have 8 net carbs, 5 fiber, and 0 sugars. Very tasty for a treat, and the fats in them are EFAs. If you guys are looking for a snack or whatever you might want to try these if you have a trader joes in your area. I will scan a picture of the bag and the nutrition facts on it a little later and post it.

Is it 8 total grams of carbs, and 5 of those are fiber, yielding 3 as the Net?
Curious how Net 8 can give 5 fiber, what are the other 3?

Ok here is the breakdown...
13g Carbs...
5 From Dietary Fiber
1 From Soluble Fiber
3 From Insoluble Fiber
0 From Sugar...
No clue about the rest.
6 Grams of Protein Per serving as well... 8 grams of fat from Flax Seeds. The actual name of the chips are Soy & Flaxseed Tortilla Chips. Not bad tasting at all...actually they taste just like a tortilla chip should taste. I figured for a healthy snack if I am out partying at the beach or something I would eat these instead of the **** chips other people will bring lol.

Oh yea.... and 130 calories per serving as well. I think 1 serving is like 15 chips.
Only bad part about these things is the soy I guess
