How much airmidex are you taking?

Arimidex - 0.5mg x 2/wk at the moment.

Last E2 score was 29.8 back in May. Will have new results this week to see if any adjustment is needed.

So you take .5 about every 3 days?

Yeah, basically my routine is one tab on Sunday and one on Thursday, which is when I take my HCG too (300iu).

.5mg a week, it puts my e2 usually around 20-25.

.5 EOD. Got to breaking out really bad and nipples got sore with a lump behind the left one.

Blood test is the "gold standard" for dosage. I just don't have it that way, so symptomatic is what I have to go by. But yes my meds are Dr scripted.

I have been taking .5 mg EoD. Just had my estrogen levels checked today and I scored and 87! I'm now upping my dose to 1mg EoD

Not to hijack, but what's your "T" score and how much medicine are you taking?

She didnt check my Free T but my Total T is 846 which is right where I wanna be. I take 100mg Test C EW. I split my dosages into 50mg 2x a week. Im just taking Test C and Arimadex.

Just be careful with the higher dose. You might be able to taper back to the smaller doses in a month. Just recheck your levels again to see the progress.

0.25MG eod is a general rule of thumb.

But everyone is different.

That's a pretty significant amount. What exactly are your E2 numbers?

As for my dosage, I've been taking .25 EOD for the past two weeks and as of tomorrow, I'm bumping that up to .5 EOD. My next test is in a month; at that time, based on the results, I'll adjust my dose as needed.

I tanked my E2 levels by taking too much Dex, so I backed off completely for two weeks and began running .25mg E3D. I think even that has been too much, so I switching to .15 E4D. We'll see how it goes. I think during my regular TRT dose of 200mg EW it's not even going to be necessary. Right now I'm tapering down my test dose from 360mg EW back to 200mg.
