    this.

TRT and cycling have totally different objectives. with trt, not worried nearly as much about starting BF%

but you should still work on getting it lower.

    cardio.... diet......

    good luck

x 2. However @ 200 mgs/week you can definitely gain quite a bit of mass IMO...

^that is debatebly not TRT, since about twice the dose of "standard" trt dose

and really light for a cycle

yes I do agree with you. I'm not looking to "juice" or play in that realm.

I just what the max of the safe levels so im firing on all cylinders. sex drive in up and down a lot and i gain belly fat with ease.

do you think that my free test is low?

I guess all and all I'm wondering if my free test is super low? When I read on the sticky that optimal levels are 210
"Optimal Range: 150-210 pg/mL for aging men without prostate cancer."

I think dang I should up that for sure Right???? That's near a 200 point swing 198ish. that seems huge to me what don't I know?

well you free T is good, your total is low but not terribly low, your e2 is great! so i really don't see the need for TRT based on your blood work. but how do you feel overall? BTW, let me add IMO!

API, i agree with you, 200 is not "twice" the TRT dose, its the high end dose, and i have seen even higher!

Ok I just had my appointment yesterday with the doc. He says I'm WAY low and that he would in fact like me to be in the 210 range but more important gage it with how I feel. If I feel great at 150 then it's 150. Wants me on 200 mg of test C a week. Also says that my iron in really low and does not think HCG all bumb my free test at all. (any thoughts on that?)

He also thinks the reason for all my low test is my past cycles.... I did no PST. I was clueless

    thats PCT not PST

200 mgs test ew is the high end dose for TRT, but its a start! he likes you to be at 210?! what scale is this? what is the range on the chart? and was there any mention of AI? hCG should be part of the protocol to keep your boys healthy.

Oops I meant PCT. (iPad auto correct).

So he says that the scale that is one the pic I posted is NOT at all what he goes for. It's the blood labs own chart and mostly old men Non of witch is there for TRT avg at there lab.
No mention on AI. He said my estriol was just fine. And no need st my levels??? Damn so so should be using HCT? Does my doc suck??

well your e2 is fine now but once you inject testosterone allot of it will convert to e2, and within 3 weeks at that dose your e2 will be way above normal and your TRT will become useless, unless you are one of those who don't convert to e2.which is rare BTW. hCG has many great benefits but for me mostly is to prevent my balls from shrinking. here is more details as to why hCG is essential to be part of TRT protocol,

no need to feel like you have to buy anything to anyone, we are here to help each other, one day you will return the favor by helping a newb! a typical TRT protocol is,

100-200 mgs test ew, or split dose twice a week.
AI, 1 mgs per 100 mgs test.
HCG , 250 IU eod or 500 IU twice a week, but this is tailored to the individual.

Ask your doctor about AI and hCG , AI is to prevent test from converting to E2.
hCG is to keep your balls from shrinking.

I would first look into your diet before I would jump on T. You are way young man 31 yo. There is no reason you should be at 27% bf. I would get a good nutrition and workout program. Hire a nutrition coach and get your bf down to 12-14 at least and then re-test.

Make sure you are using BPA free container's for your food and water as that can lower T. Make sure you are getting enough Vitamin D and Iron. I would check all those thing's before injecting T. Just MO

Also how long since your last cycle?

Well if you read the story about Dr. Life he made it to 64 before he got on TRT. He was gaining (or at least maintaining) muscle mass and staying lean until that age. So at any age I would recommend a solid diet and exercise program and make sure you are getting plenty of rest and managing stress level's.

That is a normal healthy functioning man. If you have testicle or pituitary problems that results in your test levels being way low like another young man in another thread; I think his level was 176 then I would get a doctor to do scans on the pititary and extensive blood testing to try to find the problem.

But in short if you are symptomatic then look at items you can correct on your own. diet, exercise, stress level's. And if it is out of your power then get a doctor and get checked out.

My blood test came back 450 which is like a 75 year old man but I am only 30. However I am not symptomatic. I think I cut my cals too much or didn't get enough Vitamin D.

My diet is. Much better and it did have its problems. I do have have a diet coach and I have been dropping pounds for sure. Grateful for his help. I think BPA is not my issue but you do have a point.

As for my last cycle it was 2004. I did not PST and was a idiot with it. Mostly deca . Very little test LOL I was clueless.

I just sleep in tell 10am everyday and just don't have the fire in the belly that I know I should have. I'm a go out and get it done guy. But I'm not doing that anymore. Was doing millions a few years ago in a great industry. Now I just have a whatever mentality about it all. ( this is strange the more I think about it all.) maybe your right? Doc says I'm really low and I will be a different person in 4 months if I get on it. But I want all your opinions as well.

    Deca and no PCT. Ouch!

You could try a restart bro. 1000iu of HCG for a week then get on Clomid and Nolva. This will bump your natural level's. If I were you I would do this before going on T permanently. You can do the re-start then get tested in a few month's and see if it worked.

And also when you get retested get your Total T Serum levels and LH and the work's. Do you konw what your total T is ng/dl?

I would love to try the HCG ( doc said he thinks it would not work as I'm to low) but i can try it for sure if he will get it to me( if not I would have no idea where to get it)

My total test no. I was bugged I never got that to. But free test was 11.9 as shown in the pic in this thread. Is that what you mean?

Total test serum is another number. Free test is the test you have floating around. You could ask the Dr. if he is familiar with Dr. Crisler of all things male. He is very experienced and helps guys in your situation. I would ask your Dr. if he would consult with him and tell him about your past cycle. Deca can take up to 18 months to clear completely out of your system. You might just need a jumpstart.
