    HRT Help...

Hi, just looking for some information, been reading over the stickys good information. Just wondering if anyone can put a little more input in. Im looking for the most ideal TRT regime and what would be most ideal in terms of protocol, which testosterone ester(s) etc... And how often? What works best for people? as im trying to finalize a good structure that I can stick to. Thanks.

Nothing. Don't see any docs anymore. Just taking proviron @ 100mg just to give me a bit of libido but to be honest not working anymore. It's a long story.

Start out at 100mgs of test cyp. per week. experiment up or down to find g-spot. Throw in an AI. Some people recommend HCG . I cant speak of this because I have never tried.

Find a Doctor who understands Testosterone Repla***ent Therapies.

    Get blood work done.

    Post results here with ranges.

Post your protocol if one is prescribed.

    Don't self medicate.

Ditto what everyone has said above.

How old are you? I assume you must have low T levels, do you have any previous blood work?

Yeah blood work is somewhere, I have it will dig it out. Been suffering with prob for 2 years but it's due to so much medication that wrecked me (prednisone etc) as I have ulcerative colitis. But it's a really long story.

I can't keep going like this, im so lethargic feel so crap all time and zero libido. But a friend who is v experienced in endo gave me a pct to use quite high dose for 2 weeks clomid, nolva, proviron , hcg . So was going to use that start of January.

Im in UK doctors here are total trash sh1tty nhs system so im not wasting anymore time with them anymore! They have given me hcg before but never did anything but give me puffy nips so took nolva to get rid of it, and they jabbed me with some sust back year n half ago but never followed it up after that one shot then I fell out with them big time after they lied in the records etc long story.

Test is sitting at 5.9 serum. Free test IIRC is 145, lh and fsh were very low to but will need to dig out the records, but been like this 1.5-2 year.

Copy everyone else! Personally unless you have total bloodwork up and know what you are up against, all's you are doing is guessing. take th etime to do it right.

^Cheers. Not going to get any more blood work as fell out with them all lol.

Anyway nevermind. Friend who's very experienced gave me a PCT to run until then, will start in January, pretty high doses of clomid/nolva/hcg and some low dose proviron . Really if this doesn't work then pinning is the way forward .

P.S. Im 22 (just turned), im not really assed about risk this risk that. I know the risks and my hormones are already a mess but am I FCUK going through any more months/years of being an impotent cnut.... Viagras aren't even cutting it anymore, ordered a bottle of PT-141 so when I get that will try it out and see how I get on. Using MT2 at the moment but don't really use enough to get any sort of sex drive boost. Proviron @ 100mg wasn't even cutting it libido went up for a short time then was back shot to hell.

Sorry to hear about your issue's scottish, i'm sure this is not what you want to hear but I'll say it anyway, at age 22 i think you are going about this all wrong. If your not gonna take the time to get BW done (all panels) all's you are is a lab rat. I for one am not gonna try to play Dr and tell you what to try, I dont think Im alone here. At age 22 you have your whole life in front of you, do you have any idea what you can be doing to yourself by self medicating?? Please think, and good luck to you.
