19, Low T
Hello guys
So I'll give a little back info....
I Was 16 and overweight, 174cm and 90kg. I lost weight and weighed around 68-72kg by the time I was 17. The way I lost weight was not healthy and my diet was mostly 1000-1500 calories and was just protein, some fats and no carbs. I stuck to eating eggs tuna chicken and other stuff. I was starving myself but I did not know. Fast forward to 17 and a half, did not fap for months, didn't know why at this point (thought it was because of my amphetamine habbit messing with my serotonin).
Anyways, I started eating normally from then until about 18 and kept lifting weights. Lifts went up but very very slowly. Noticed my sex drive coming back, now fapping once a day. Tried cutting again with iifym and noticed that every time I go into a deficit my sex drive goes down. I then figure out that this is normal. I go and have my testosterone checked and it's 13.
Now, I'm 19, sometimes fap 3 times a day but I think I still have low T. I have acne and my face is quite oily, don't know why. My gains are still slow, I went from repping 60kg to 70kg in 8 months which is terrible. I do try and get enough protein in (200grams).
Anyways, point is, I have low T, my veins stick out, I have acne and my sex drive is okay but my gains are very slow.
Anything I can do to get my test up to good levels and start gaining?
Thanks

Sorry, but you need to post full bw for us to try to get a glimpse of your possible hypogonadism.
But I'll add that, hypogonadism is not about a number, different ppl will have different numbers, a number without symptoms does not mean much.
Low testosterone at your age it is not a condition on itself, but a side effect of something else being wrong, you need to seek what else is wrong and fix it. Administering TRT without knowing the reason, without diagnostic, its wrong. It is like being in pain from a sharp object inserted into your flesh, and the doctor giving you painkillers instead of removing the sharp object.
There is a lot of publicity and marketing about low T clinics on the internet and in the US, most of this publicity sole intention is to get clients, it doesn't have men health in the 1st place. Don't get caught up by it.

No, fat intake has nothing to do with testosterone .
Like I said before, you need to post the bloodwork. Please include units and ranges.
