IGF-1.....Sub Q vs IM
Just wondering what some have experienced with IGF injections. Which is preferred by most. For a non BB, what is the best way to take IGF. My workouts consist of more mult-joint explosive exercises. (Cleans,Snatch, etc.)

It come suspended in BA so IM is best

I will be doing the LR3, so I dont think it comes in BA. I have been reading some of the journals and everyone is talking aobut how the IGF makes them feel very tight. In my event I am looking for srength, but its important to have a loose and relaxed upper body. I wont be doing any heavy lifting wile taking the LR3, as I am looking for more speed and to get a little leaner. I am thinking about IM into the quads. Any opinions on this? Thanks!!
