Insulin questions

I have decided to try insulin for the first time, been reading up on usage for a good while. Just want to make sure I do this right.

Start with 3iu immediatly pwo, work up to 10.
Start with 10 grams of carbs directly after shot, work down if everything feels good.
Use 4 hrs before bedtime.
4 weeks on, 4 weeks off
Use fatburners while running insulin
Keep fat low in diet.
Keep candy bars, cokes etc handy just incase.

Is humulin r the best choice to use? OTC?

Anything else?

You don't necessaraly need to use fatburners when on insulin but you can if you like.

Make sure the candy bars you keep on you don't contain too much fat in them. Any sugary product which contains no fat or minimum fats will do. I usually carry a few cans of coke on me (not diet coke).

Humalin-R is fine, but a faster acting insulin such as humalog would be better.

Insulin, GH, prop and tren is a great combination.

ive just tried stacking insulin (humilin-R) along with igf1lr3 for the first time (without steroids )
works great

I started out at 10iu from the beginning... maybe thats not the conventional way of doing it, but I have noticed serious gains. Its been two weeks and my bench max has gone up 30lbs already. Amazing!

I just picked up a 10ml bottle of humulin r. I'm starting with 3iu after leg training today. Keep yall posted.

5iu doesn't look like anything in a 100iu syringe. It's only 2.5 lines from the top. This is correct isn't it?
