Abs and IGF1-LR3

Does anyone know if injecting IM into the abs wit IGF1-LR3 will help build up ur abs faster or is it not worth the pain for the little bit of gains and bf loss?

I'm not sure why you would want bigger abs? cardio and diet will bring out your abs. There are better fat burners and cheaper ones for burning up the fat around the midsection.

some people have very small and shalow abs and would like to build them up so they are thicker with deeper cuts like myself my abs are very strong due to squats deadlifts ect and weighted ab work but they are a weak point for me look like thet should be on a 15 year old skinny runt they just dont grow

common sense would tell us that if you have seen localized growth and defintion in other areas during spot injection, that the abs would be the same, personally i do not think i could stick anything directly into my abs, sub-q is easy, but into the muscle, that seems way to close to important things i need to survive
