GH Injection time

Is there a better time to inject Gh... Prior to workout, etc....?

i inject 2iu in the morning and 2iu prior to workout/or the afternoon on off days

I inject 2 IU's in the morning and two IU's at about 7:00 p.m. I attempted to inject 4 IU"s all at once in the morning and I was very tired and lethergic.

imo it depends on how many iu's your taking a day and ifyou stack anything with it. if your only using 2iu and are not using insulin then stick to AM.

3 x shots per day: first thing am,early pm then before bed
2 x shots per day: early pm then before bed
1 x shot per day: early pm or before bed

Single day doses in the AM, multiple doses AM and around early afternoon. Some take before bed time too as well AM and afternoon.

I am doing a little experiment just now, shooting 8iu 2 hours before bed. I am getting the same results I have done in the past with am and after noon injection so I would not say one way is better than another. However one extra benefit is I am sleeping like a baby now.
