HGH and women dosing

I have posted in the women's sections other places,

without good 1st hand experience..

For a woman.. 5'9" 130.. good build.. 36yrs old..

what would be the max doses.. right now i have her at 1 iu per day 6/1

but i have done this before and will go to 4iu, then ramp to 6iu..

why can't i increase the amount she is doing.. i am considering a max of 3iu.. but want/need more advise, and 1st hand experience..

I can only give second hand experience from my GF.When she bumped to 2 iu's,she encountered bloating of the worst kind.She can get away with 1.5 iu's,but she just feels comfortable at 1 iu.

I don't see any real reson,other than sides,not to be able to go up to the 2-3 iu mark.

Bluerain is running 2 iu's right now,hopefully she'll chime in for you.

Bloating has gone away almost %85 now that I'm a week into my 3rd month.

I do 2iu's everyday .

I use to split the injects am/pm but switched to one shot pm cause I kept forgetting to put back in fridge when leaving for work. So I don't know if taking one shot helped with bloat or just that after time some seem to not get the blaot after using for awhile.

How old are you BR?

I have tried all dosing, EOD is definitely less bloating. I am at 1IU ED 6on/1off and I am still bloated (3 mos.) but not as bad. I am really considering going back to EOD because I don't see much difference ED to EOD but the bloating is much less at EOD (which BMF2 told me from day 1).

at 1.5 IU"s it was worse, real bad at 2 IU's

I say 1 IU 6on/1off (or 7 days) (if she plans on running it 6 mos or less).. if long term, go EOD if the bloating is bad...

You can always increase the dose if the bloating is not bad at 1 IU but it's pretty uncomfortable when it gets bad so start her low.

actually she is starting to lose weight again, so she is stoked....

sleep is good, energy up.. week 3..

but i know it's mostly in her head.. but that's ok..

hands, wrists are hurting a little.. and sore hips.. nothing advil won't fix..
