HGH and groginess

Ive been taking GH for a month now and still feeling very grogy in the am is this normal?

Welcome!

Being groggy as in "tired" is common.... but should start to go away
Try to lower your dose and slowly build back up so you can feel better
How much hgh are you taking and when?

Im app 220 lbs 5 '10 and my goal is to become more cut. Ive tried alot of different combinations but this seems to work for me .I have very little body fat but I do have an ectomorphic body type and always seem to carry a certain amount of subcutaneous water which is extremely difficult for me to get rid of. what has worked best has been the winni with the strict ketogenic type diet...I am always open to ideas

Are you over 50? Dosing at bedtime (evening) is usually suggested for anti-aging purposes. Otherwise...it is recommended to dose early AM.

Cut back on your dose and see what happens.
