sciatica
hi guys/gals
any 1 here had or have sciatica pain?
i had it about a year a go and it hit hard, i passed out with the pain and was ambulance to the hospital on strong pain killers which made me throw up green fluid for days.
well it was mostly gone except my left leg upper had slight pain, the outer side of my quad is half numb but sensitive, and my knee area feels like its tight.
well i got back into training and all was awesome and then bam yesterday it got all bad again but not as bad as before.
lower back pain all muscular and leg and knee pain increased.
any 1 here has similar stuff? if so has it fixed and what did it for you ?

Had it bad, surgery fixed it. You may want to get this moved to the injury/rehab forum.

L5/S1 microdiscectomy (shaving of the bulging disk) but also have fusion at C6/C7. Both were day surgeries and I was doing cardio the following day each time.

that's some crazy stuff right there, shaving discs no sir not for me...
well i seen a spinal surgeon and he sent me for MRI's which came back to be clear, where the nerve runs through it was inflamed and caused the so called attack, i don't understand why im still numb on only half of the quad and why i get pain across my knee. like its taped up and cant move freely. im going for some acupuncture tomorrow if i can get in and see if it helps thanks for replies thus far .....
