    Foot Odor

    Especially after a workout, i have really bad smelling shoes/feet.. What are some of your guys' ways of eliminating odor or controlling it?

    1 - wash your feet daily
    2 - wear clean socks
    3 - keep your feet dry
    4 - odor eaters
    5 - keep your sneakers outside at night - fresh air is the best for them - make sure u check for critters in them in the morning though before putting them back on

    same as muckdog says but I would use cedar shoe trees to help absorb the moisture/odor and occasionally wash the insoles if they are removable
