Anyone try Bill Star's 5x5 program?
Hey guys just wondering if anybody has ever tried Bill Starr's 5x5 strength program. I'm probally going to do this for 8-12 weeks starting may 7th during my cut to help keep strength if not gain some at a steady pace.
I figure lifting 3 days a week could definately spare muscle and leave 4 days a week to do some intense hiit and other cardio to help really shed the pounds.
