    Nope not yet... im tanning about twice a week though i dont know if that has anything to do with it. Honestly i dont think I look 20 lbs heavier, maybe 5, but i guess its cuz i see myself in the mirror every day. Everyone like my roommates are like "jesus dude your parents are totally gonna know when they come visit" and people make comments but i just dont see it. Thats "The Adonis Complex" for ya...

    Day 40 -

    Well I can definately feel the test kicking in. Although my weight gain has definately slowed this past week or 2... i dont know WTF is up. I'm getting stronger though, I did flat bench with 275x9 today. Probably max out again next week. Heres my diet right now.

    Critique it please, Ive been stuck at this weight for a week!!!

    Meal 1 - 10:00
    7 egg whites and 2 yolks
    1.25 cups oatmeal
    1 can tuna

    Meal 2 - 12:30
    8 oz. Chicken breast
    2 tbsb natty peanut butter

    Meal 3 - 3:00
    1.25 cup oatmeal or 3 pieces wheat bread and veggie
    2 cans tuna

    Workout

    Meal 4 - 5:30
    PWO shake
    50g dex
    50g malto
    50g protein

    Meal 5 - 7:30
    PPWO
    1.25 cup oatmeal or 1.25 cup rice
    veggie or fruit
    8 oz chicken breast

    Meal 6 - 10:30
    10 oz steak and ice cream
    or 2 scoops whey and 2 tbsb natty PB and ice cream

    Meal 7 - 1:00
    2 cans tuna and 1 tbsb flax seed oil

    Meal 8 - whenever i piss in the night
    8 oz low carb milk and 1 scoop whey

    Also I have a cheat meal every other day... china buffet or pizza or something like that

    eat more red meat. and up your juice to about 750mg test a week.they got these lasagnas at walmart they are made by banquet they have 960 cals 48 grams of protien and 104 carbs and 36 grams of fat. it is great for growing. the beast part is it only costs $1.80 get a few.

    Yeah I think I might up it to 750mg/week starting week 7... so i'll get 6 weeks of that dosage. I added up my diet and heres the totals

    500g protein
    350g carbs
    140g fats

    totals up around 4600 calories...

    Ive been talkin to you on aim n $hit, if you didnt forget, but I forgot to check this for a week or two, meh. Sounds like youre doin great dude. Krazy Karl and all your other roomies are noticing and youre not, that sounds about right. You look at yourself so much in the mirror and dont notice all the slight (or not so slight) diffs everyday but if your roomies dont examine you for a week or so theyll notice. Just like all the ho's up here noticed off the bat that it looked like I got bigger, which might have happend but as you know I lost 10lbs over the summer, just cut up n look bigger . Skereously dude, once skanksgiving break comes and we go to the gym, Rick will $hit a brick. Rangers is doing wonders for me now and once I add Methelated 1-Testosterone and all the other $hit, well you know how that goes. Keep liftin n eatin.

    Day 47 -

    HE'S BACK BITCHES!!!!!

    Wow, after those... 4 days i took off in a row this week, I said fvck it and did back today. I also increased my test to 750mg EW instead of 500 and today was just rediculous...

    good lifts today -
    Deadlift 365x4, 405x2!!!!!
    Cable rows 220x8

    I did other stuff also but these were the numbers that stand out. I know I'm not going to be able to get out of bed tomorrow, and it feels GREAT!!!

    Weight is the same, about 204-205 but my calories weren't too good the past 4 days (only around 3500-4000) so I'm glad I didnt lose any weight anyway. Back up to 4500 today, time to go eat!

    I might be posting pictures tomorrow or friday if my roommate's camera has batteries.

    Did chest today... I felt pretty **** good, i love this feeling test gives me, I get so pumped up and ready to work out. Did 295x6 for my first set so thats sweet as fuk. I have an ear infection so the doctor gave me codeine so i popped 2 of those with my PWO shake and i'm just chillin.

    Dont check yourself out in the mirror for a few days then look, youll prolly notice sumthin. I know it will be hard to not flex infront of any reflective surface (windows, cars, other peoples sunglasses)

    Day 63 -

    Nearing the end of week 9, surprisingly Ive only gained about 2 pounds in the last 3 weeks... I think ive leveled off at 18 lbs gained. During this time of virtually no weight gain I notice I look a hell of a lot better and my strength is thru the roof. Did bench today with my shirt (which isnt going to fit me when i gain 5 more pounds) and got 365 1x for 2 sets. The shirt tore me up pretty bad though in the armpit/outer chest area theres red splotches from where it pinched the skin.

    PCT FUKKING BLOWS!!!!!!

    Getting depressed, spacing out a lot, tired... it just sucks. Trying to keep eating at least 5 meals a day, going to force myself to go to the gym tomorrow since I didnt go today.

    Oh yeah, the acne is pretty sweet too...
