Cycle Diary
This is my diet (got it from M&F)
Alright im gonna start this cycle (its the one NSA posted) on the 1st January 2005
Im going to the gym tomorrow to get my measurements and what not and they will be posted shortly.
Please critique my diet and ALSO please feel free to share "dos and donts", this is my first cycle.
Any suggestions or tips for a first timer are appriciated, thanks..
Weeks 1-4: 10 mg ED of M1t
Weeks 1-4: 400 mg ED of transdermal 4-ad
Weeks 1-4: 1500 mg ED of hawthorne berry extract
PCT:
Weeks 5-8: 40 mg ED of Nolvadex for the first two weeks, Then down to 20 mg ED of Nolvadex
Weeks 5-8: Clomid Therapy, 300 mg of clomid first day, 100 mg of clomid next 10 days, 50 mg of clomid for final 10 days of clomid therapy.
Weeks 5-8: Milk Thistle 1000 mg of milk thistle ED
Breakfast
8 oz. orange juice
1 and 1 half cups cooked oatmeal
1 serving of fruit
Midmorning Snack
6 oz. sliced turkey breast
1 slice low-fat cheese
2 slices whole-grain bread
12 oz. tomato juice
Preworkout snack
1 serving of fruit
1 protein bar
DURING EXCERCISE
16 oz. sport drink
Water
Post-excercise snack
meal-replacement drink containing:
300-500 calories, 50-80g carbs, 20-40g protein, 0-5g fat
Dinner
6 oz. lean beef fillet
8 oz. baked yam
1 and 1 half cups tossed salad with 2 tbsp. fat-free dressing
1 cup fresh berries with fat free yogurt
Before bed
Protein shake
240 calories, 60g protein
Daily totals:
4,256 calories
475g carbs
333g protein
65g fat
(60% carbs, 33% protein, 7% fat)
I´m not posting my workout routine because i already have it critiqued.. but if anyone has any good excercises to recommend for arms and chest though, feel free to share it! I need all the help i can get when it comes to arms and chest...Last edited by Beat; 12-26-2004 at 03:59 AM.
