My mass cycle diary
Week 1-5 dbol 100mg p/d
Week 1-10 Deca 600mg p/w
Week 1-10 EQ 600mg p/w
Week 1-12 Test 400 1000mg p/w
Week 1-12 Sus 500mg p/w
Started this cycle on monday, so nothing much to report as yet. Had a stuffy head the last couple of days though. Don't know if this has anything to do with the dbol doseage, which I will reduce if sides get too much.
Supplements I'm taking are
Milk thistle for my liver
Caffiene before workouts
Only got acess to PC on weekends, so I'll post over those days.
Stats at the start of cycle

my opinion i would lower the d-bol dose if ur experimenting with it..100mg is way overkill if u've never used it before try more like 35-40mg tops. also maybe lower the eq dose and run it a lil longer and drop the deca . 1.5g is alot of test along with all that other shit, i hope you have experience wiht it, cause ur putting alot of shit into urself. remember more isnt always better.

Chest day today. Noticed a slight strength increase on bench and weighted dips. Gained 6lbs since monday, but That'll be mostly water.
Still feeling a little fuzzy headed for a couple of hours after taking dbol .
I split the dbol 3 times a day 50mg in the am, 25mg midday and 25mg in the evening.
Getting my blood pressure taken on thurs, so I'll see how that goes.

you can't use d-bol with 100mg half of it will probably just convert to other chemicals. Also keep em dosages at 40-50 at the most

Not sure I completely agree with you about the convertion bro. You lose a certain amount of anything that passes that through your stomach anyway, but I don't agree that half the dbol will be lost because of the dose.
And I am aware of the sides I will experience as I have already stated.

I'm consuming between3 and 4 hundred grams of protein a day just now. My diet is pretty clean just now. 3500 calories at the moment, but when the EQ kicks in it'll go up a bit.
Sides just now is like a bit of a head cold. And after I take the dbol , I get a feeling similar to the one I get when I take ephedrine.

God, I haven't missed the t 400 pain! My ass is killing me today after yesterdays shot.
Went to the gym today after work and done traps forearms and abs. Incredible pumps all round.
I'm 10 lbs up in 6 days, Starting to notice my cuts disappearing now. Feel big though.
Consuming 6 litres of H2O a day now too. pissing like a racehorse!
Leg day tomorrow!

Having to force food down my throat now! I feel so bloated when I start eating like this. The first five meals were o.k, but now it's getting tough. Currently on 8 meals a day. 5 whole food and 3 shakes.
Can't wait for the EQ to kick in!

Feeling a little like I've got a cold today. My head feels Quite heavy and I'm kinda cold. Don't know if it's anything to do with my cycle yet.
Haven't really been sleeping well though. Been night shift for the last 10 days and been fitting the gym in too.
I'm off for four days now though, so hopefully I'll catch up on some sleep and it'll sort me out.
Still having to force the food down. Just about to have meal number 6 of the day. Lean minced beef with grated swiss cheese and a spoonfull of mayo.

Going to sign off in a while. I won't be posting again until friday, so hopefully I'll have a little more to report back.
This week I have Shoulders on monday, Back+bi's on tues, Chest+tri's on thurs and legs and traps on sat.
Also I'll let you know how my blood pressure test goes on thurs.

Had my blood pressure taken yesterday and there was a very slight increase, but nothing to worry about. Getting it checked again in a couple of weeks.
Weighed myself today and I'm 13 pounds up since the start. Weights are increasing quite well too. Noticed a difference in my bicep curls today. Chest felt great yesterday. Fantastic pumps too.
Still struggling to consume all my meals, but I'm forcing it down.

Started making protein pancakes today.
6 egg whites
half cup of oatmeal
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 tsp of dextrose
Actually tastes not too bad. I'm going to make myself two of these a day. Works out at 55g protien which is a big help with all these god damn meals!!
I'm sleeping like a baby at nights now too. I'm getting a bit of a waist now. It's so hard not to start cutting already.
This is why I'm useless at bulking!
I'm going to stick with it though.

Slept really well last night again. I'm starting to get used to all the food now. I actually enjoyed my dinner tonight.
Hitting legs and traps tomorrow. I was really sore last week after I hit my legs.
Def seeing improvement in my training now. I'm totally tuned in when I'm in the gym now too.
My gf found one of my dbols on the stairs and asked what it was. Told her they were for energy! Think I got away with it.

Hit my legs today. Felt pretty good. Weghts are going up. Got pretty dizzy after each set though.
Took a shot in the quad today too. Not been enjoying them lately. Keep hitting a nerve and getting a twitching leg. Todays shot was fine though. Straight in no problem.

Up 19lbs from start of cycle.
My weights are still on the up. Diet wasn't the best this week. Had a bit of a slump in appetite. It's better now though.
Getting a bit of noticeable bloat around my face now too.
