Started cycle yesterday: weight 265
tell me what you think I should work on:
Age:22
Height:6'5
Weight:260 lbs
Frontload Test...
Testosterone E 1-12
Deca -Durabolin 1-11
Dianabol 1-5
Arimidex 1-12
Anabol 1-10
Supplements ill be using for this run will be:
Creatine, whey protein, multi-vitamin, policosanol, liver detox formula, ALA, NAC, hawthorn berry, H-blocker, Myogenx, BCAA's,and EFAs.
Further support will be cabergoline low dose, and aromasin

its hard to tell from the pic... but your arms are lookin huge along with ur traps... cant see legs or back... definately need some work on your chest. good luck with the cycle man. you're gonna be gettin up close to 300! thats insane. keep posting.

If you want people telling you what to work on, I would put a much much better picture up that shows something. That looks like it was taken in the dark.

at 6'5 with lagging legs I don't see you being 265, or even 260...the fact you put different weights in the thread title and actual post makes it look strange too...

not knockin bro cause u look good but you must be some kinda genetic freak, theres a picture where you look alot younger in your album and your arms look about 18" with a 12 year olds chest....I'd say you do alota curls. Your legs dont look horrible from what I saw in album but they definatley are far off from your upperbody....what are you arms now, like 19-20"?

Here is what happened, I copy and paste a member's cycles I like in my word pad. The only part of my original post that I actually wrote were my stats. Here is my actual cycle, sorry for the mix up-that what I get for copy and pasting I guess...
test e 500mgs/wk 1-12
deca 400mgs/wk 1-10
PCT
run nolva and clomid 14 days (after last shot).
have adex and caber on hand
I'll post some more pics, I didn't realize the lighting was so bad..

Has anybody noticed in his pic he is injecting himself? LOL! And the syringe looks bright even though the room is dark....
Looking rather big up top. From that STRANGE picture, I would say your legs are WAY behind, and your chest is lagging also. Other than that good work so far.

Thick arms playa! Because of how I'm built it's hard to get thick arms. But I need fast arms, and long lean muscles are superior for arm speed so I'm not complaining.
Is this your first cycle? If not what have your past cycles been if you don't mind posting or pm me if you don't want it mentioned on the open forum.

This is my second cycle. My first cycle was:
Test E 400mg week 1-12 weeks
My diet wasn't in check for my first cycle-not going to make that mistake this time. I'll post before and afters once i'm done with my cycle.

How often do you train legs? Free Squats/Front Squats?
What do you do for chest? DBell or Bbell lifts, or both?

you are doing great bra its hard to gain that kinda size I'm 6'5'' about 275 lbs
without going balls out total dedication its really hard to get where your at believe me keep it up. It would be easier if we were shorter know what im sayin.
