    4th week sus 250

    i can notice a lil improvement in myself, this is all i can give right now is a arm shot..tell me what you guys think..im not sure but at the beginning of da cycle i was at 16 inch..im 6'3 about 200 pnds now and to much body fat..im guessin about 20 percent around my stomach! but here is a pic! please tell me what you guys think!

    thanx..im sure peeps would like to see more pics..but thas all i could get at da moment..my webcam is actin up...but all im using is sus250 at 2 shots a week..mon and thurs...im gonna run it for 10 weeks and then on week 8 start taking some winny until week 12 then a week after that..ima take clomid !

    my arms always seem to be like 2 steps ahead of the rest of my body....but believe me i do have a spare tire around my waist....hrmm..mayben not 20 but...i used to be a 32 inch waist...now im at 35..so....watta you guys think..

    my diet consists of ...i dunno its different everyday..but alot of my gut comes from the beeer i used to drink everyday...i have a high metabolism, alot of people would have been worse off...but once you got it , its hard to lose....some body.. give me some advice...and i need more comments on da pic.....aragorn i think its spelled i noticed you are a new member at this site..and thanx for your opinion!!

    Well I'm a new member but not new to the board.

    Crunches and all the ab work will help to some degree in losing fat at the waist but the diet will help you out 100% of the time. Try cutting the beer out of the diet and lower your fat content. Try to stay away from the carbs starting in the early evening and hopefully you'll start to see it melt away.

    thats what ive been doing lately..my sister keeps buying alot of fatty foods..she's pregnant an stuff....but recently ive been eating alot of tuna fish and chicken..does anybody have any other recomendations on what would be good to eat with my physique??????..i work out 5 times a week and take in about 3000 calories a day and about 150 grams of protein with that.......
