No, my buddy I see at the gym I went to school with. He's actually more like 260, he's huge, but been on a 15 year blast n cruise,
Nuts 550 bench, huge arms traps chest back. But a belly like Santa.
He does not run any AI, he says when I ask him about estrogen control water weight, etc. He says that's what tren and stanzolol are for.
I tried to advise him safe, but he's the vet, and tells me I read to much. Although he come now and then with some weird as "the doctor said I have some crazy rare firm,of arthritis" etc every other week.
Obs, I thought your more in the 235 240 range?

But throw an hour of cardio split into an AM session and PM session. With a hardcore hiit weight session in between.
Eat the same, just knock out simple starchy carbs.
Smash peas like crazy. Carrots,oatmeal, brown rice.
No taters, no bread, no captain crunch.
I crush up rice cakes and drizzle with honey Nd use that as my breakfast cereal. Its like a half ass sugar smacks (the shit with the frog 'Dig 'em"

I used to drink, I swear to god, 6 to 8 monster ultra a day.
Now I'm down to 1.
No pop. Just some energy drinks or Powerade zero or vitamin water zero
I know the handles your talking about, there's a name for em, I forget. I get them showing too .
Its part of some weird set of muscles like side abs or some shit, but different.

I honestly dont know how tall I am. Iam between 5-10 and 6'. You could not pay me enough to be taller than 6' though. Goofy ass lanky clumsy fuckers. I still cant believe they consider long reach an advantage in mma. If my opponent has Longer reach at the same weight means I have more leverage to put someone down and keep them there. They need to look at statistics before they call it an advantage.

I know some tall long reaching folks. One is 6'6" @prob 240-50 and he was the easiest person I ever put down and got in an arm bar.
