New to forum, in need of help! pics included

Hello everyone, this is my first post, currently im 20 years old, 6'4 and 180 pounds, i have been training sense i was 16, on and off, i went from 6'2 160 to 6'4 195 before i left for marine corps basic training, the last picture is how big i was before i left for basic, the first 2 are current, due to the training regiments of basic and poor nutrition i lost alot of my muscle mass, i recently took a job with state corrections and am in desperate need of gaining my weight back, i have friends that have started to use steroids , they are my age and all in the same boat, im just not sure if i should cycle or not at such a young age and with my genetics and body type. My goal is to surpass the 200 pound mark and add a substatial amount of muscle mass to my upper body by september(when i start and when im officially drug testesd). Any suggestions would definitly help, or directions to a good workout routine and diet plan i could follow for my goals, thank you,

ps. sorry if i posted this in the wrong spot

You´re 20 years old, read this forum and you´ll figure out what to do..
I'll give you a small hint .... (wait a while, build a good base and in a few years, you´ll be ready)

If you want to get bigger, from what I've read numerous times over the last few weeks:

Plan a diet in which you eat 8x a day
Lift 3 days a week and make sure you work your legs if you want to gain!
Don't think about roids until you reach your bodies natural limits

You want to be eating at least 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight, and you want to eat at least every 3 hours, every 2 if possible.

I agree with working your legs OF COURSE, it goes without saying that you should. But definitely workout more than 3 times per week. I would say go a minimum of 4, 3 is just too low and you will have to cram to many body parts into each workout. 4-5 times per week will be a good place for you to start.
