ur about the same bf as me. i agree 14-15. and personally i think 14-15 is the best % im kinda szie junkie at the moment! rather be 15% and big. then 10% and small

Dude, you are only like 165 pounds. You could have 80% body fat and still be small.

Ppl say this as an excuse to be fat and cover up the little bit of muscle they have.

Faiz is a perfect example of how to do a clean bulk and stay in good condition.

IMTH: You have a good foundation and proportion but the pics are too dark to really tell, also there are no full body shots or any leg pics, hard to critique.

you're closer to 12-13 in thouse pics then 14-15 for sure.... your newer pictures look even leaner. In any case you have a nice upper body build keep it up and good luck
