First pics, 19
Here's some pics for criticism. If you can guess a bodyfat%, throw that in there as well. I'm 5'9", 205lbs. I was 165lbs last February and I decided to bulk. Put on a little too much fat with it though, so I'm now keeping a log of what I eat (and that strayed greatly from what I intended on eating).
Bench - 260lbs
Squat-385lbs

Probably 16-19% BF.

Pec seems to be a weak point comparing to the rest of your body... But it's probably because you have love handles and a bit of fat on your arms... I think you should go on a cutting diet to bring the proportions back to normal. You would look WAYYYY bigger with a lower body fat percentage.

It's an individual preference as far as what is a good BF %age to maintain.

Just try to stay under 15% and you'll be OK

Yeah my rule of thumb is once I hit 16% it's time to start shedding off some bf.

You said you never went over 200 pounds..squat or deadlift.. at your previous (albeit lighter bodyweight)
What are your current poundages?
