1 week on cycle.New pics I promised
1 Week in. The other pic the other day was about 2 months old.
Test E 500 mg a week (1 cc 3.5 days apart)
Deca 300 mg a week (.5 cc 3.5days apart)
D-bol 30 mg a day for 4 weeks (2 tabs 3 times aday)
tomex 10 mg a day
diet.....
7am-big bowl of oatmeal w/ raisins.....whey shake
post work out.....whey shake
10am-turkey sand on wheat...gainer shake
12pm chix and yams or rice
2pm-2 can tuna sand on wheat...gainer shake
4pm- dinner whatever wife makes
6pm whey shake
6'
200lb
26years old
training split...
mon.----chest..bi
tues----back..tri
wed----off
thurs---legs
fri.---shoulders ..traps
karate.3 nights a week(we do some cardio in class)

Hey man....looking good. Your size looks good on you and the cycle looks solid. I would maybe clean up the diet just a bit. Try to get more fat in there later in the day...nuts...flax...oils.

It looks like you have done your research. Good job! Is this your first cycle? What is your goal? Also, what do you have planned for pct?
You may want to review the bulking diet thread to keep you marco a bit cleaner (Pro/Fat & Pro/Carb - try to avoid Carb/Fat).

I'm at 208 now. I put on 8 pounds in 5 dats(water I guess). I would like to get a quality gain of 15-20lb. After that I want to cut. This is my first researched cycle. I never used pct...so I lost alot. I did dbol only then I did a test e only...then I found this site. Any other comments? Should I end this cycle with winny v..will that help me cut up..I plan on clomid and countinue my tomex.

you will most likely get the gains u want and keep them if ur diet and pct is in check. u look good though bro, good luck!

only one thing i would do to ur workout is do chest/tri back/bi other than that ur good to go good luck bro

mon.----chest..bi
tues----legs
wed----back/tris
thurs---rest
fri.---shoulders ..traps
That way u wont be overtraining

dude needs a diet more than a cycle want to get big? lift big!

You look good and will only get better with time and dedication. Just work on the diet (I know...it's killed me in the past) and you will be fine!

I think that you're diet is on target... however, when you get off cycle, i would make adjustments, like ditching that gainer shakes and replacing with MRP's....

I'd say work traps with back. I don't see forearms in there either, I would put them in place of traps on shoulder day. And dude, karate? I hope you're not trying to learn how to fight. I'd give muy thai or wing chun a shot if you can find a decent teacher close by.

I looked into muy thai but there is no teachers around. I have been doing american freestyle for over a year. I can fight but I'm starting to think of comps.
