    me finally

    Been on AR for almost 4 years and finally putting up pics. I know it's not much but I have to have someone else take them for me. It's hard posing for your own pics. Not bad for 35 right? Gotta love growth hormone . I'll put up some more when I get time. The wheels are embarrassing though. Still working on it but I wasn't blessed with good calves like I was abs. can't have it all

    *hats off* You lookin' good.. be real proud of that!! Be interested in your GH experience also... did a kit once myself, loooong time ago when they ran about $900/kit but ended up with edemia in the extremities (figured it was GH at least) Any crazy sides?

    No excuse though not to have legs you built an upper body like that then the legs should of came along nice with that upper body JMO

    I ran 2iu's of Gensci Jintropin for 10 months straight with a couple IGF cycles and slin here and there. I can't wait til I can afford to run it again and this time at higher doses. I can't seem to find the pics I had from a year ago. The change was amazing.

    My thighs grow but my damn calves just will not whatever I do. I've been hitting them hard lately a couple times a week trying different things to see what will shock them.

    i had a lot of problems with my legs also, i started front squats and now they seem to be growing like weeds.

    Try doing your calves twice maybe three times a week do them heavy one day and then light the next time, dont overtrain them either. Try on the light days with the standing calve raises with atleast 15 reps with your toes facinf in and then your toes facing out. Works well for, try it out man see how it works

    Also do the front of your calves to not just the back makes them grow nice all the way around

    Actually I have been doing the fronts on the seated machine. Most people look at me like I don't know what the hell I'm doing. We have a machine at the gym where you sit in a seat and there are 2 independent pedals that you push. It's a good warm up and I do 3 sets of 20 per leg til they burn. I also do them in the leg press machine with 6 plates. I do them toes in and out. Then I hit the seated with 3 plates. Standing never seemed to do much for me but I did like the donkey raise machine at my old gym. They don't have one here. Small calves run in my family so I'm battling genetics.

    I'm 5'11 and right now around 185-190. I'm still trying to get back the weight I lost when I had pneumonia a couple weeks back. That killed me. I was 195. I never had my BF done but I guess it's somewhere around 7-8%. My goal for now is 200 and lean. I've done quite a few cycles but tthen I got on AR and got educated. This year I've mainly done test cyp., prop., and tren . I also use some deca for my shoulders. I did 10 months of GH and some IGF but I was unimpressed with the IGF. I haven't been on the GH since around November I guess and I still have no problem staying lean.
