    Here are my REVISED Progress Pics...

    Here are my progress pics......the first set is me in 8th grade 280 lbs...the rest are pics from last week.....i just started my third cycle last thursday

    here are the pics of me now @ 210 lbs....i have been doing a lot of cardio the last 4-5 months, i just increased it to 45 -60 min

    You must have used the bowflex am i right? I bet you know alot of guys that ate sandwiches, but you don't see them on AR with their shirts off!

    ill post wheel pics when i get someone to take the pics for me....as for bigger pics those were the biggest i could post....

    blown sc - i was in 8th grade, 285 lbs to be exact. In the middle of my 10th grade i decided to lose weight (wanted a girl ), so i tried a whole bunch of diets and one day my dad came home with the atkins diet...tried it and in 7 months i lost 100 pounds. I went down all the way to 180! Then my friend told me about weight lifting and from the 1st day i fell in love and havent stopped yet...My first cycle was Test E and Deca , my second cycle was Test E and Eq, and my third cycle which im doing now is Test E, Eq, and Fina E. I am trying to cut down the bf as much as possible but its so hard when you have extra skin (ill post a pic to show ya guys what i mean).

    i wish my abs would show....sumtimes i get down on myself and get pissed off....and i feel like im not workin hard enough or my diet isnt good enough but its just time......and i hate time...lol

    wow bros i dunno how to thank you for all the great and motivating comments you have all said. It really has lifted my spirits and given me a new "sense of intensity" to hit the gym harder. I will be posting progress pics of my cycle in the members cycle diary section...and i will post some pics here today of my wheels and some better upper body shots with someone else takin the pics....
