    thanks bro, at the moment im around 190-194 with about the same bf% since i have started training back in 05 i have put on 65lb, and havent had one day off from the gym in 3.5 years

    cycles look like; test p 100mg ed. equipoise 400mg e3d.
    nothing special but it works!

    Good to hear, since that's roughly what my first cycle is gonna look like.
