    updated photo

    hello all. i havent been on for awhile, thought i would drop in to post my lastest and greatest. here is a before and after pic. alot of guy flamed me for not having a base to start from but **** it, whats done is done.

    looks like u made some quality gains, but its hard to tell when the b4 pic is sideways relaxed and the after is most muscular...good job though...
