i have a shitty chest too; try some cable X before hitting compound movements. ie bench.

swin05 - For chest i usually incorporate one barbell exercise, one dumbell, and one hammer strength, followed by fly's. If i start with flat barbell, i'll move on to incline dumbell and then incline hammer strength. If i start with flat dumbell, move on to incline barbell, then incline hammer strength. And always finish up with dumbell fly's and maybe pec dec or cable crossovers.If there's anything specific you would like to know, go ahead and ask. I hope this helps...
