    not much to say mate but if you keep training hard and diet even harder you'll get where you want to be no problem's

    i have been training on and off for a few year's.not really much when i think about it.discovered this site and have never looked back.finding it difficult to put on weight.don't know if you can tell by the pic,but i am 6ft 5incs and about 195 lbs.it's time to get serious.i am also 23.

    Damn... 6'5" is tall. I'm 6'2" and I know how hard it is to pack on some size to a large, small jointed frame. Stick to a high cal diet and you will get there.

    head over to the diet forum and take a look at the bulking diets posted on there see something that might suit your needs.

    Good foundation. Good Lord at 6'5" you could be a monster if you stick to a higher calorie clean diet and train hard.

    Man, good luck to you. I would die to be 6'5"....not that that would be good for entering shows but gettin stacked at 6'5" would be fun as hell.

    Nowhere near time to juice yet,you need to put some size on natural IMO.
