I am 29 years old. Weight-lift for 12 years now. The last 7 years 3-7 times a week. I gain like 5 pounds of lean muscle mass each year. My target is 198 pounds on my 30th birthday. That's 18 pounds till next year august.

Nice goal and deff reasonable..
Get your diet more on point/train at a higher intensity/and include proper rest... 5lbs/yr is pretty easy with these things intact.-B D

guys lets not forget hes been weight lifting for 12 years, even if not religiously he has a good base for muscle maturity. If you lift weights for 12 years no matter waht you are going to be looking decently nice.
