Hey bro, Looking very lean. From that pic I would suggest beefing up your traps, side delts and some on your arms to match your chest. I don't know what your back and legs look like.

lookin ripped, that back pose really shows the shoulders size. Just some more size on the chest and arms and you would be symetrical. Nice work!

Nice Dude! What's your stats? Cycle? You have almost my type of build. when I'm leaner my obliques show big time like in your pics!
Heavy shrugs! for the traps! My only solid muscle seems to be traps and I like heavy shrugs.

I'm 5'9" 185 lbs. Not big for sure.
No cycles, no prohormones. I've gotten nothing against either or folks that use either, I've just decided I am going to stay natural. I'm too old to get started with it LOL!
Next year I'd like to compete.
For shoulders I do:
hammer shoulder machine
And I work traps on shoulder day
What else could I do for side delt? I only know of side laterals. I have started using the cybex side lateral machine hoping to isolate them more.

Don't knock it bro! I'm 5'10" 173ish 32 and can't gain for crap! No juice, but I haven't said no yet. I know I love doing shrugs for traps I do heavy BB (the weight isn't to much but my lower back kills after a while I hurt it in the navy) for thick traps, 4x360, 6x350, 8x330 10x300 and then DB's for length I do reps with between 130 and 120. I do the same as you as far as DB work with the delts but, I finish my delts with cables, front x side x back and just do a crap load with no break it's like front (by plate # 6x5, 8x4 ,10x3 ,12x2, 15x1) then same for back and side laterals. I've been doing bigkev's work out and then putting little bits of my crap in there and I added the cable as a finisher to burn the crap out of them! I've noticed a difference after a few weeks.

wow bro you look great definatly a very solid fondation to build on but right now is the way i want to look in about 5 years so dont sell yourself short man keep us posted
