some new pics @ 207 and 7.8%
here you go...
just had a trainer at the gym do my BF...came in at 7.8% with the calipers...halfway to my goal of 5!!!

nice work bro. shoulders and arms especially look great. how tall are you and how big are your arms. a chest measurement would be cool too. keep up the great work bro.

thanks guys... BTW, I'm 6'0 1/2" lifter405. and arms are 17 1/4" now, chest is 47"... both flexed and cold. I'll post some more pics of my progress on this cutting phase soon...

Nice size and cuts. We have similar builds but you are leaner then I am. I am shooting for 210-215 @ 8%. What does your shoulder routine look like?

Durbin22-I do shoulders on their own day and use basic exercises...Military BB presses, DB presses, side laterals w/ DBs (sometimes hanging over an incline bench) or cables, and rear laterals with DBs/cables/or reverse pec deck...Usually 3-4 sets per exercise at 6-15 reps...higher on the laterals than presses because I like to go as heavy as possible on those. I've worked up to the 95s for 7 reps on DB presses and I got 195 on the BB presses once for 5.

Where did you get your BF tested? You look more like 9-10%...

You look great. I'm just not sure you are 7.8%, because your abs aren't as defined as I would think. However, a camera flash from the front might cause it to appear that way.

you look like a solid 8% TO ME.. however i've never seen 8in my life personally
Nice abs...thick! that's what makes me think you are nice and lean...i'm 13% now, roughly, and IF i pull a bit of water/skin down, i can see abs and mine aren't as thick as yours!

damn man, your arms look quite a bit bigger than 17.25 i was thinking at least 18. you have really good thickness for being 6'2" at 207. keep doing whatever you're doing cuz you must be doing something right.

I see why you got the 7.8% reading, as only a 3 point caliper test was done.
To get a completely accurate bodyfat, you need to take more areas into consideration, such as the lovehandles, abdominals, quads, calves, triceps, biceps, chest, back, etc. This will lead to a better approximation and more precise reading.
You look great, really really impressive. I'd just say you're more like 9%, imho.
