I was reading through some of my old favorite posts, I had to bump this one to the top. The legs are just freaky, is what inspired me to really focus on legs.

Top notch conditioning for 2 years. You have alot of work to do though. BUT the thing is, most guys don't even have the chance to do "work" because they will never develop certain parts. You need to get your calves in line or maybe a little bigger in comparison to your quads...that would throw things off. So people would see your legs and freak, then see your calves when you turn around for a rear lat or back double-bi and say "holy ****!" The upper body should be the easiest part...don't even worry about it, lift hard and your upper body will catch up. Just try to stay away from looking like your avatar. As much as he had bad ass legs he had nothing else to match them. Whereas arnold had small legs, still 26 or 27" I think and went places with his physique. Big arms and developed chest will always bring the wins and the chicks

Look great bro, legs are fantastic, so any people wish for big, legs u are bless with good genetics, be greatful, they can never be to big.

Look at Platz at the 1983 Olympia {could be 84 } ,came 3rd, he had 4 judges giving him 1st place over Haney ,Samir , Berry Demay and the boys.
Well done u look great, consintrate on more cardio b4 compo for tighter lines.

Big ol' is drug free. He's got a ton of knowledge, dedication, and work ethic, as well as great genetics. As a result, he doesn't need to drugs as a shortcut to compensate for a deficiency in one or more of these areas.

Big Ole is all natural.....he was just blessed with the good genes. Look up a few of his threads about how he made those trunks....freaking workouts are brutal to say the least.
