beginning of bulking (6/29)
here we go. time to get big. hopefully not any fatter on my abs than i already have. i have posted these on other boards, so if you have seen them 2x, im sorry.
18 years old
1 1/2 years lifting

hye b ro, just a few reccomendations, i reccomend that u do this:
2.3 - 3 grams of carbs/lb of bodyweight everyday
1.25 grams of protein/lb of bodyweight ed
cardio 2 - 3x a week 20 mins after workout
get creatine, glutamine, and WHEY
i would take mebe 15 - 20 grams of glutamine everyday, distributed throughout the day !

Skin, what's your plan? Gives us a run down. Cals, carbs, protein and your weight. How often do you eat and how many times per day? How often do you lift and what program do you follow or have of your own? No flam at all bro just curious.

basically, i dont have all the numbers figured out yet. im just going to eat a shitload and lift and sleep. thats my plan as of now. it should come back easily i hope because i was at 210, but i lost it all because i was doing a lot of cardio with no time to lift or eat.
