    new pics please critque

    hi all

    i am from muscle talk

    i just took some new pics and would like some critique as i was thinking of doing a show maybe early next year (novices) i have been off gear for 3 months and am about 13st 12 lbs at 5ft 10 at moment

    i am not sure how to attach the pics so have emailed the mods

    i will start a new cycle this week and keep you posted on the progress but would like some feedback before starting

    ps legs are always my strong point so upper body focus mainly

    next cycle to bulk

    week 1-6
    1 methanabol 50 per day (first 3 weeks)
    1 stanabol 50 per day first 4 weeks
    1 ml t prop EOD
    400 test cyp per week
    10 mg nolvadex per day

    week 6-12 (undecided but thinking)
    1 stanabol 50 per day all the way thru
    1 ml trenabol eod
    1 ml boldabol eod
    20 mg oxanabol ed

    He's 192lbs I know because it's about 2lb heavier that me at the mo! Shit you look at lot bigger though what's your bf% are you cutting at the moment?You in the uk?

    hi bro

    i think 13 stone 12 = 196 lbs i am not cutting i try to stay lean all year round i am going all British dragon cycle as i have used those products in my last cycle with good results i would like to try doing a novice show sometime next year was wondering what body parts you think need most work ?

    Looking good bro, but that cycle needs some help. Ill point out what i see quickly.You only have 6 weeks of test. 6 weeks of eq will do nothing.and you have quite a few 17aa's in there. I am curious what your past cycles have looked like though.

    You're upper body looks thick bro. Very nice work. If your legs are your strong point, I'd like to see. Post a pic! I'm also entering my 1st contest next spring. It sounds like you're in the UK though so I won't have to worry about ya! My legs are actually my weak point and I've been working hard to bring them up before show time, making good improvements.

    I agree that your cycle needs work. I'm starting a very similiar bulker in November. Here is how I plan to lay it out...

    1-4: dbol 30mgs ED
    1-4: test prop 150mgs EOD
    1-10: test cypionate 750mgs EW
    1-10: Equipoise 400mgs EW
    1-17: Liquidex 0.5mgs ED
    14-17: Clomid
    nolvadex on hand (begin 20mg ED when needed)

    I may add winny at the end and stretch it out a bit, I don't know yet.

    194lbs I'm sure this time!! Hey i don't think there's many comments because there's nothing to fault bro. Splitting hairs I'd say bit more width on your back? Not sure, like I say it's difficult to say. You keep a low bf if you have time I would be intrested to see what your diet is like, you know avarage days eating. Protein intake for our weight. What changes you make when on cycle?

    just thought to post some updated pics 25 days into cycle i have put on 15 lbs but have got even leaner and i am on a bulking cycle and eating well ! extremley impressed with british dragon gear , will start cutting in 2 weeks after this

    lastly sorry for the size of the pics new camera and not sure how to make it smaller
