Sup bros i've been stickin with this boared awhile and i thought i would just share my progress so far with ya'll i dunno if any 1 saw my last thread in jan when i came to this boared and and i post some pics then but anyways i will post my pic when i came to the board and my pics now preciate all the help bros

The pix are kinda low resolution but still -- Mad progress bro, especially in 5 months. I was going to ask also - what have you done/taken/changed to achieve these results.

when i 1st started on my diet it was really lean basicley(chicken breast and tuna for basicley about every meal) all the way through that cycle got me up to 200-204 range wasn't really counting cals. i was consuming around 300 grams protien 200-150 carbs all carbs were consumed pre workout and pwo and breakfast. lots of times during the cycle my weight gain would pause for a good week 2 weeks and i guess at those times i was loosing bf and putting on lean mass never did any cardio except 2 weeks prior to spring break i was off cycle and decided to try to loose bodyfat and so i started cardio then and i dropped down to 195 then after that mad week of drinking i came back at 190 ya so i pissed **** down, but i did look pretty lean to myself(coming from the 1st pic ) so then after spring break as soon as i came back i was back on my diet this time around 300 pro, 300-250 carbs got myself back up to 200 then which the cycle i am running now is Test E. 250 and Tren . been on that month and a half or so and i am up too 212-215 range and haven't touched the cardio since b4 spring break the cycle looks liek this
Test E 250mgs every 4 days
Tren 75mgs ed.
now my diet is getting shifty with hectic work schedule and i am counting cals now with protien carb and fat intake and not being able to get as much cals. in cause our worked picked up like mad crazy so mass gains are starting to lag but strength gains aren't , i am figuring out a way to get my meals in so things are pickin up . i appreciate the comments bros it just pushes me twice as hardLast edited by GearAholic; 05-26-2004 at 12:26 PM.

Depends on what you want....If you feel you are at a good place and growing fast...why stop it..keep bulking and GROW.
But if you will be at the beach all summer you may want to lean out.
I suggest that u keep bulking.
