    I have anavar 5mg is this good for me to tone up?

    No flame hun, but im guessing you heard some advice from a guy to take var... i suggest you do research yourself here before considering any type of steroid .. .we all have to start somewhere but you have come to the right place to learn.

    for toning up you 1st need to look at your diet and training.
