    Hello from the Netherlands

    Hello,

    I'm Jessica aka Electra, 26 years old, and life in the Netherlands...

    i'm also a member on a few dutch boards...
    but because real bodybuilding women in Holland are scarse I hope to find some usefull information around here...

    I started out training with machines 2 years ago, the last halve year I have trained with weights...
