New gal on the ... anavar ... block
Hi. I'm 2 and a half weeks into my first anavar cycle. Been taking 10mg split from the start... 5mg in the morning and 5mg in afternoon. My reason for starting anavar is purely to cut and tone muscle as I am already athletic and fit. Am very excited although I don't feel much effect yet. I've got a few questions regarding the weight gain/loss, my diet and workout plan....

Ive picked up some weight and would like to know if its normal, I mean is it supposed to happen... Ive gone from 4x per week intense cardio and 1 day little bit of weight training in the form of body conditioning class, nothing too serious, to 5x per week weight training and little cardio. Is the weight gain coz of less cardio and more weights, i.e muscle mass? OR could it be coz of diet adapted for anavar workout? Im so afraid of gaining too much...

Thanx for the reply... I figured it could also be h2o retention! Can I get some clues from the ladies as to what the diet should look like? Currently I am eating 5 meals as follows:
06H00 AM - MEAL 1 = half a cup raw oats (I add raisins / nuts / seeds / dates / coconut / museli / berries)
08H00 AM - 1 cup black coffee
09H00 AM - MEAL 2 = 1 fruit + 2 boiled egg whites
12H30 PM - MEAL 3 = Lunch (1 serving protein + veggies + 2 boiled egg whites)
15H00 PM - MEAL 4 = Protein shake
18H00 PM - Post workout amino shake
19H00 PM - MEAL 5 = Supper (1 serving protein + veggies)
I am trying to cut sugars and started cutting carbs coz of the weight gain (was stressing bout that!)
Am I at least on the right track??

Learn to love sweet potatoes. Never cut calories below base metabolic rate, at least for any extended period as this will risk slowing your metabolic rate. google metabolic damage.
Welcome.

I recommend you use an app for tracking your food intake. I use myfitnesspal. There are others.
