    New female and looking to put on lean muscle during my off season

    Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having a great week. I have now competed in 3 competitions, most recently in Las Vegas at the NPC Patriots Challenge July 4. I was in Figure Class A and got 2nd place. I am currently doing an off season lean bulk and want to put on some size but keep the body fat down. I know a lot of it will be my diet which I will be getting from my coach and maintaining some cardio, but I would like to enhance my results.

    I have used 10mg Var with good results and no side effects. What could I stack with it to help? Would running Winny alongside the Var be better than running Var alone or something else with Var or maybe even something different all together? My next prep won't be until probably the end of January when I start to cut for Jr Nationals in June. During prep, I was thinking about adding Clen but I am not going to worry about that quite yet.

    Megang! Impressive. Congrats on your placement! I too am interested in your contest prep. I don't compete but want to look my best

    I just finished a var primo stack to cut but feel it lends itself to a bulk cycle. Unlike you and itsmybody my body doesn't respond to var but Luvox primo.

    Yes. I believe it is. He posts his own body parts are a regular basis. Check out Marcus diary in the lounge. That's were the beast train.

    He looks nice. The abs on that cardio less wonder. Doesn't count a calorie or weigh food. lol

    I would recommend adding primo to var at 50mg per week and then going from there. Also hGH if you can get pharm grade at 1iu per day would be great addition. Winny would be better of left for show prep and i do not like clen at all.

    I also like test for woman, at 25mg per week of long ester such as enanthate or cyp. It does wonders and believe it or not has virtually no sides at this level.
