    Red face hi im new

    hello im new here from liverpool england im 33 years old been into body building for some years till had a injury with ac joint all well now back in training hope you can help aswell just shot 2ml decca and 1ml sus into rear tricep and its starting to get a bit of a pain in it normally do my bum will go back to that now
