I am 32 years old. Been working out for 5 years, seriously for the past 3. I am 6'4" tall and 250 lbs. I have hit a plateau over the last year and am looking into AS to break through.

I have found a lot of useful information here. I am looking at Sus 250 or Test E for my first cycle. From what I have read Sus 250 looks to be pretty safe with little of the side effect you here about with others. Any recommendations on which is better would be greatly appreciated. Also, will I need some Nolvadex with the Sus 250?

I read on another thread to run a source check b4 buying. How do I do that? Ask you guys to confirm whether or not they are legit or a known scammer?

whatever u do, don't openly post a source for the source check. theres a thread on here explaining exactly how to go about source checks. welcome aboard monkey.
