    Hey

    Whats up guys. I've been reading the forums for a long time, but decided to finally start posting. Been lifting for a few years now. I'm 24 yrs, 6', 170 lbs. Trying to pack some more weight with all the good info on here and will hopefully start a cycle soon- that is if I can get an honest source.
